支原體檢測(cè)試劑盒產(chǎn)品信息:

    BI經(jīng)多年的專(zhuān)業(yè)研究，研發(fā)了抗支原體污染全系列產(chǎn)品。支原體是一種細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)中極其常見(jiàn)的污染物，污染發(fā)生的概率>50%。由于 它們非常小，增長(zhǎng)速度緩慢，污染不容易用常規(guī)方法發(fā)現(xiàn)。但是支原體可以對(duì)任何污染的細(xì)胞造成影響，大量的污染存在，將對(duì)宿主細(xì)胞的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能造成巨大影 響，從被支原體污染的培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞中得到的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)是不準(zhǔn)確的及難以重復(fù)的，所以及時(shí)有效的對(duì)支原體污染進(jìn)行預(yù)防、檢測(cè)以及處理，將會(huì)得到事半功倍的效果。

    EZ-PCR支原體檢測(cè)試劑盒采取PCR方法，簡(jiǎn)化了細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)中支原體污染的檢測(cè)過(guò)程，可將細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)中常見(jiàn)的支原體污染檢測(cè)。

    試劑盒中包含了*的反應(yīng)混合液，以及PCR中需要的所有試劑。陽(yáng)性對(duì)照，引物，聚合酶，氯化鎂，不需要為PCR預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備什么，zui后產(chǎn)物跑完膠后，為一個(gè)270bp的片段，整個(gè)檢測(cè)過(guò)程大概耗時(shí)約4個(gè)小時(shí)。
