Clonetics REGM腎臟上皮細胞生長培養(yǎng)基用于維護和擴增多數(shù)腎臟上皮細胞。REGM含有0.5%血清。Clonetics REGM BulletKit（CC-3190）含有一個500 ml的腎上皮細胞基礎培養(yǎng)基和SingleQuots添加劑。添加劑包括：0.5 ml hEGF, 0.5 ml 氫化的松, 0.5 ml 腎上腺素, 0.5 ml 胰島素, 0.5 ml 三碘甲狀腺氨酸, 0.5 ml 轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白, 0.5 ml GA-1000, 2.5 ml FBS。
Clonetics 腎臟上皮細胞系統(tǒng)含有正常人腎皮層上皮細胞（HRCE），正常人腎臟近端小管上皮細胞（RPTEC），來自類型Ⅱ糖尿病供體的患病人腎近端小管上皮細胞 （D-RPTEC）或人腎臟上皮細胞（HRE）。每個系統(tǒng)都可快速生成HRCE, HRE, RPTEC或D-RPTEC培養(yǎng)基用于癌癥研究、病理學、生理學、細胞功能和分化等。

Product Overview:

Clonetics™ REGM™ Renal Epithelial Cell Growth Medium is formulated to maintain and expand most renal epithelial cells. REGM™ contains 0.5% serum.

Clonetics™ MsGM™ Mesangial Cell Growth Medium; is formulated for the growth of renal mesangial cells. MsGM™ contains 5% serum.

Clonetics™ Media Products are specially designed to support the growth of human and animal primary derived cells. Media systems have been specifically developed and optimized for various cell systems.

Medium is supplied in several formats:

• Basal Medium - contains no growth factors cytokines, or supplements
• SingleQuots™ Kit - growth factors, cytokines, and supplements
